Siemens Limited's members reject sale of low voltage motors and geared motors businesses

Siemens Limited had earlier announced the proposed sale and transfer of the Company's low voltage motors and geared motors businesses to Siemens Large Drives India Private Limited. The Company had sought the approval of its Members in relation to the aforesaid matter (amongst other matters) vide the postal ballot notice dated 23rd June, 2023.

The said Resolution has not been approved by the Members of the Company.

Shares of Siemens Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3856.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3753.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14718 in over 2184 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3864.90 and intraday low of 3742.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56156900.00.
