Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd acquires stake in RBL Bank Limited

Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd have acquired a 3.53% stake in RBL Bank as an investment at a cost of Rs. 417 Crores.

The company may consider further investment subject to pricing, regulatory approvals and required procedures. However, in no circumstance will it exceed 9.9%.

Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1545.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1566.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64297 in over 4483 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1573.55 and intraday low of 1532.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 99647837.00.
