Larsen and Toubro Ltd approves special dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Larsen and Toubro Ltd at its meeting held today has approved the special Dividend of Rs. 6/- (Rupees Six only) per equity share i.e. 300% on face value of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2023-24. The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Wednesday, August 2, 2023. This will be paid on or before August 14, 2023.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2561.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2605.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 74622 in over 8115 trades.
