The board of directors of Man Infraconstruction Limited have declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs.0.36 per equity share (i.e. 18%) on 37,12,50,405 Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2023-24. The Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for the said Second Interim Dividend has been fixed as Friday, 04th August, 2023 and the said dividend shall be paid/ dispatched on Wednesday, 23rd August, 2023.
