NINtec Systems Limited fixes Aug 3, 2023 as record date for 4:5 bonus issue

Thursday, 3rd August, 2023 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the list of shareholders eligible for the allotment of bonus equity shares.

The Board of Directors ('Board') in their meeting held on Monday, 19th June, 2023 had recommended the issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 4:5 [i.e., 4 (Four) bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 5 (Five) fully paid-up equity shares.

Shares of NINtec Systems Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 564.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 594.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 385 in over 30 trades.
