Birla Precision Technologies to condier fund raising proposal on Jul 04, 2008

Birla Precision Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 04, 2008, inter alia, to consider raising of funds through GDR / ADR / FCCB or any other Securities. The approval of the shareholders for the said matter will be taken in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Further the Company has clarify that the approval of shareholders for raising of funds through FCCB / ADR / GDR etc was taken at the last Annual General Meeting. As the matter could not be initiated, fresh approval is sought again.
