Manali Petrochemicals arm forms subsidiary in Germany

Notedome Limited, UK, Manali Petrochemicals Limited's overseas step-down subsidiary has informed that a new entity viz., "Notedome Europe GmbH" has been incorporated in Germany to be engaged in the business of Chemicals including Polyurethane Casting Elastomer systems and related products and services and the said entity will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Notedome Limited, UK.

Shares of Manali Petrochemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 66.64 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 66.16. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10008 in over 156 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 66.75 and intraday low of 65.06. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 664982.00.
