The Board of Directors of Captain Technocast Ltd at their meeting to be held today i.e. 06TH July, 2023 have approved a proposal to incorporate a subsidiary "X2 VALVES PRIVATE LIMITED" having object of Manufacturing of other pumps, compressors, taps and valves etc.
