Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd at its meeting held today have declared 1st Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- (100%) per Equity Share (of the face value of Re.1 each) for financial year 2023-24, subject to deduction of tax at source.

The board has fixed the date of closure of Register of Memb ers and Share Transfer Books of the Company on Wednesday, 26th July, 2023 for the purpose of payment of 1st Interim Dividend to Equity shareholders. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 04th August, 2023.

Shares of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 98.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 124518 in over 2134 trades.
