Tata Consultancy Services Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 9

The Board of directors of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd at its meeting held today, have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 9 per Equity Share of Re. 1 each of the Company.

The interim dividend shall be paid on Monday, August 7, 2023, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, July 20, 2023, which is the Record Date, fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3260.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3271.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31535 in over 3684 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3290.35 and intraday low of 3250.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 103074971.00.
