Phiroze Sethna Pvt Ltd enters into deed of assignment for transfer of plant

Phiroze Sethna Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Chembond Chemicals Limited, has entered into "Deed of Assignment" on July 11, 2023 for transfer and assignment of plant admeasuring about 920 square meters situated at Wagle Industrial Estate, Panchpakhadi, Thane, Maharashtra.

The consdieration received from the above sale is lump sum consideration of Rs.7.31 crores.

M/s. Engineers Enterprises Private Limited, CIN:U51900MH1955PTC009678 having its Registered Office at 504/B, Dev Corpora, Cadbury Junction, Eastern Express Highway, Khopat, Thane (W) 400601 is the buyer.

Shares of Chembond Chemicals Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 412.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 418.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1480 in over 186 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 419.35 and intraday low of 410.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 613861.00.
