Kintech Renewables Ltd to change name as SG Mart Ltd

The Board of Directors of Kintech Renewables Ltd, at its meeting held today i.e., Monday, July 10, 2023, has approved change of name of the Company from "Kintech Renewables Limited" to "SG Mart Limited" or any other same name as may be available with the Central Registry Centre, Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, BSE Limited and subject to approval of Shareholders in the General Meeting and approval of any other authority as may be required and consequent alternation in the Name Clause of Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.

Shares of Kintech Renewables Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2227.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2183.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 336 in over 7 trades.
