Fedders Electric and Engineering Ltd approves allotment of 64 lakh NCCPS to IM+ Capitals Ltd

The Board of directors of Fedders Electric and Engineering Ltd has accorded its approval/consent for issuance and allotment of 6400000 (Sixty-Four Lakh Only) Redeemable Non-Convertible Cumulative Preference shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (Rupees Ten Only) at a premium of Rs 40/- aggregating to Rs. 32 Crores to the Promoter of the Company namely M/s IM+ Capitals Limited.

Shares of IM+ Capitals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 446.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 439.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 867 in over 15 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 450.00 and intraday low of 433.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 381855.00.
