W S Industries India Ltd allots 3,50,000 shares on warrants conversion

Pursuant to the approval of Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on 24th November, 2022, W.S. Industries (India) Limited had allotted convertible warrants on Preferential Basis to the Promoter Group and certain identified Non-Promoter Persons / Entities on 26.12.2022 and 05.01.2023.

Some of the warrant holders have paid the balance 75% of the amount aggregating to Rs.1,05,00,000/- and have applied for exercising their rights for conversion of 3,50,000 warrants into equivalent number of Equity Shares.

Accordingly, Allotment Committee at their meeting held on 5th July, 2023 has allotted 3,50,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the warrant holders Gunavanthkumar G Vaid (Non-Promoter) - 3,00,000 warrants and Kushalchand Vijaykumar (Non-Promoter) - 50,000 warrants.
