Thangamayil Jewellery Limited fixes July 17, 2023 as record date for 1:1 bonus issue

The Shareholders of Thangamayil Jewellery Limited in the Annual General Meeting held today have approved the Issue of Bonus share at the Ratio 1:1 and accordingly the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, 05th July, 2023 have fixed record date for Issue Bonus shares as 17.07.2023 (Monday)
