Continental Securities Limited to allot 50 lakh convertible share warrants

The Board of Directors of Continental Securities Limited at its meeting held on July 05, 2023, has considered and decided the allotment of 50,00,000 Convertible Share Warrants on preferential basis as approved by members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 03, 2023.

The Company has also received in-principle approval from BSE Ltd vide letter no. LOD/PREF/VK/FIP/267/2023- 24 dated June 26, 2023.

Since the Company has allotted warrants, presently there is no change in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
