Aastamangalam Finance Ltd approves preferential issue at Rs. 40 per share

The Board of Directors of AASTAMANGALAM FINANCE LTD at their meeting held today i.e. July 1, 2023 has considered, discussed and approved the issue and allotment of upto 27,90,750 Equity Shares of face value Re.10/- per share at a price of Rs.40/- (including premium of Rs.30/-) for cash to Promoters and Non- Promoters on preferential basis, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Shares of UPASANA FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 32.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 61309 in over 184 trades.
