A meeting of the Board of Directors of Richirich Inventures Limited will be held on Wednesday, 05.07.2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at A-1 Emperor Court, Ground Floor, Church View, Yashwant Nagar, Vakola, Santacruz East Mumbai - 400055, Maharashtra to consider the raising of funds through issue of equity shares, Convertible warrants and/or any other eligible instruments or securities representing equity shares or convertible into or exchangeable for equity shares, by way of private placement to promoter/non-promoters on preferential basis or through qualified institutions placement, rights issue, or such other permissible mode or combination thereof, in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable law and subject to approval of the Company's shareholders and receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.
