PNC Infratech Ltd announces signing of concession agreement for a HAM Project of MoRTH, GoI

PNC Infratech Limited informs signing of a concession agreement between Ministry of Road Transport & Highways Government of India represented by Director General (Road Development) & Special Secretary, through Public Works Department, Uttar Pradesh represented by Chief Engineer (NH), PWD, Uttar Pradesh and the Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated by the Company namely Prayagraj Kaushambi Highway Package 3 Private Limited for implementation of the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Project on 26 June 2023.

The project is for Construction of 4-lane highway from Km 49.155 to Km 74.700 (Singraur Uphar to Baranpur Kadipur Ichauli) of NH- 731A with paved shoulders (i/c Ganga Bridge) in the state of Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package - III)

The above project is to be constructed in 24 months upon declaration of appointed date and operated for 15 years, post construction.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 336.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 326.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13952 in over 458 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 339.00 and intraday low of 323.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4643611.00.
