Vardhman Polytex Limited allots 1.30 crore warrants

The Board of Directors of Vardhman Polytex Limited at their meeting held today, Tuesday, 27th June, 2023 have allotted 1,30,00,000 (One Crore Thirty Lakhs) warrants at a price of Rs.40.50 per warrant aggregating to Rs. 52,65,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Two Crore Sixty Five Lakh Only) convertible into equal number of equity shares within a period of 18 (Eighteen) months from the date of allotment of the Warrants to the allottees on Preferential Basis in accordance with the special resolution passed by shareholders in Extraordinary General Meeting held on 16 June, 2023.

Shares of Vardhman Polytex Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 51.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 50.04. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5695 in over 16 trades.
