Remedium Lifecare Limited board recommends 9:5 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Remedium Lifecare Limited at its meeting held on June 23, 2023 has considered, approved and recommended a Bonus Issue of 9 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for every 5 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up held as on the Record date decided for this purpose. The Bonus Shares once allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects and carry the same rights as the existing Equity Shares and shall be entitled to participate in full in any dividend and other corporate action, recommended and declared after the issue and allotment of such Bonus Shares.

The Pre-Bonus Issue Paid-Up Equity Share Capital as on date is Rs. 3,60,00,000/- divided into 36,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Post-Bonus Issue Paid-Up Equity Share Capital will be Rs. 10,08,00,000/- divided into 1,00,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Subject to obtaining shareholders' approval and other approvals, the Bonus shares will be credited / dispatched within 2 months from the date of Board approval i.e., on or before August 22, 2023.

Subject to the approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting and appropriate authorities, the Board has considered, approved and recommended for Sub-division of Company's 1 (One) Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each into 2 (Two) Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 5/- each held as on the Record date which shall be decided for this purpose.

The Record Date for Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in a ratio of 9:5 i.e., Nine Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for every Five Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up held as on the record date decided for this purpose (if approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting) is Saturday, 29th July, 2023.

The Record Date for Sub Division/ Stock Split shall be intimated in due course after taking approval of the Equity Shareholders of the Company in the Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Remedium Lifecare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3939.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3761.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10066 in over 762 trades.
