V P Nandakumar reappointed as Manappuram MD & CEO

The board of directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd has reappointed Mr. V P Nandakumar as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from April 01, 2024 upto March 31, 2029. The appointment is based on the recommendations of the Nomination Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee and subject to the approval of shareholders at the 31st Annual General Meeting.
