Exhicon Events Executes 2nd largest G-20 delegation Event of the country in Pune

20 member countries, guest countries and esteemed organizations such as OECD, UNESCO and UNICEF are participating during June 20th to 21st, 2023

Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited, has executed the entire setup for the three main G- 20 events in Pune, two of them at JW Marriott and main event at the Savitribai Phule University. The company has provided with end to end ground execution comprising Outdoor Air-Conditioned Aluminum German Tents, Staging, Flooring, Temporary Power distribution and Supply though Generators, furniture, general lighting, Prefabricated Stalls, logistics and decor elements of the outdoor events at the Savitribai Phule University grounds and Technical Manpower, Videography, Photography, and additional power Supply through generators for the indoor events at the JW Marriott Pune.

The Ministry of Education is hosting the said G- 20, 4th Education Working Group (EdWG) where delegates from G-20 member countries, guest countries and esteemed organizations such as OECD, UNESCO and UNICEF are participating in the event.

Additionally, Ministers from 15 countries have confirmed their attendance for the Education Ministers' gathering on June 22, 2023.

Exhicon Events have successfully executed the event.
