Aurionpro Solutions Limited approves preferential issue to Malabar India Fund, Malabar Midcap Fund

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Aurionpro Solutions Limited at its Meeting held on 20th June, 2023, has approved the issuance of Equity Shares and Warrants by way of Preferential Allotment.

Subject to, approval of the Members of the Company, the board approved issue of 3,00,000 (Three Lakhs) equity shares, having face value of INR 10/- each at a price of INR 880 (Indian Rupees Eight Hundred Eighty Only) per equity share, aggregating to INR 26,40,00,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty-Six Crore Forty Lakhs Only) and 5,00,000 warrants, each carrying a right to subscribe to 1 (one) equity share at an exercise price of INR 880 (Indian Rupees Eight Hundred Eighty Only) per equity share aggregating to INR 44,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Forty-Four Crores only).

Malabar India Fund is offered upto 2,55,000 equity shares and 4,25,000 warrants.

Malabar Midcap Fund is offered upto 45,000 equity shares and 75,000 warrants.

Shares of Aurionpro Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1010.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1020.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56086 in over 252 trades.
