Arihant Superstructures Ltd announces the completion of outright purchase of additional land at Chowk, Navi Mumbai

Arihant Superstructures Ltd. has completed an outright purchase of additional 51 acres of land at Chowk, Navi Mumbai. With this the company now has totally acquired 76 acres of contiguous land for its new low-rise project comprising of Plotted Development & Constructed Villas. The project shall also be designed with a 200-room Hotel-Resort which can be used for Destination wedding ceremonies, corporate events and convention center enabling the Company to generate consistent revenues similar to a lease model. Land allocation will also be done to design a Gymkhana Club, which shall generate membership revenues.

Shares of Arihant Superstructures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 179.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 178.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35769 in over 263 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 182.55 and intraday low of 179.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6467315.00.
