Taparia Tools Ltd has fixed 11th July, 2023 as the "Record Date", for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the ratio of 4:1 [i.e., 4 Fully paid up equity shares for every 1 (one) equity share held.] Subject to the approval of shareholders.
