Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd gets RBI nod for reappointment of Mr. P N Vasudevan as MD and CEO

The Reserve Bank of India vide its letter no. DOR.GOV.No.S1436/29.44.002/2023-24 dated June 15, 2023 has given its approval for re-appointment of Mr. Vasudevan P N, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. July 23, 2023.

Shares of Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 87.22 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 87.92. The total number of shares traded during the day was 195874 in over 1626 trades.
