Luminaire Technologies to issue 120000000 shares

Luminaire Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2008 has approved the draft letter of offer in respect of issue of 12,00,00,000 equity shares of Re 1/- each for cash at par to the existing shareholders of the Company in the ratio of five equity shares for every equity share held.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6 and low of Rs.5.71.
