Maharashtra Seamless Limited prepays loan of Rs. 234 crores

Maharashtra Seamless Limited has made voluntary prepayment of outstanding long term loan of Rs. 234 crore approx. (~ USD 28.38 mn) on 09/06/2023.

In view of its high order book and strong liquidity position, the Company went ahead with this prepayment entirely from its internal accruals to become completely debt free. This is the second instance of voluntary prepayment of long term loan in the past 8 months.

Shares of Maharashtra Seamless Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 472.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 474.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27974 in over 913 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 481.00 and intraday low of 470.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13348750.00.
