NINtec Systems Ltd board to consider bonus issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of NINtec Systems Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, 19th June, 2023 at 03.30 P.M. at the Registered office of the company at B-11, Corporate House, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad-380054, Gujarat to consider increase in Authorized capital of the Company and to consider the proposal for issue of Bonus shares to the existing shareholders of the Company.
