Captain Pipes Ltd has received approval form BSE vide Notice No. 20230608-13 dated June 08, 2023 regarding Migration of 139456800 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each of Captain Pipes Limited from BSE SME Platform to Main Board of BSE respectively with effect from Monday, June 12, 2023.
