Lemon Tree Hotels Limited signs license agreement for 60 room property in Rajamundry

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a License Agreement for a 60 room property in Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh under the Company's brand "Lemon Tree Hotel". The hotel is expected to be operational by Quarter 3 of FY2025.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajamundry will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet, meeting rooms, swimming Pool, gym, and other public areas.

Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the Company will be operating this hotel.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 92.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93.29. The total number of shares traded during the day was 186222 in over 1260 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 94.15 and intraday low of 92.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17351920.00.
