Yuken India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of Yuken India Ltd have recommended dividend of 8% (Eight percent) i.e Rs. 0.80 (Eighty Paisa only) per equity share on face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
