TCPL Packaging Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 20

The board of directors of TCPL Packaging Ltd has recommended dividend at the rate of Rs 20 (Rupees Twenty) per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each, has been recommended, which is subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of TCPL Packaging Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1578.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1621.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1639 in over 553 trades.
