ONGC recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of directors of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has recommended Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 at the rate of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each i.e.at the rate of 10 percent, subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 158.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 163.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3889340 in over 11540 trades.
