Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.25

The board of directors of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share on the equity share of the face value of Rs. 1/- each, subject to the declaration by the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
