Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd has, recommended Final Dividend for financial year 2022-23 Final dividend of Rs. 4.00/- (Rupees Four only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) each of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting and which shall be paid within the timelines as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
