The Board of Directors of Steel Strips Wheels Ltd recommended a final dividend @ 1,00% i.e. Rs. 1.00/- per fully paid up equity share of face value of Re. 1/-, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
