Power Mech Projects Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Power Mech Projects Ltd has approved the recommendation of a Final Dividend of Rs.2/- per Share (20%) for the FY 2022-23, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the Ensuing Annual General Meeting.
