Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.75

The Board of directors of Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.75/- (Rupees One and Seventy Five Paisa Only) per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each (i.e. 17.5%) for the Financial Year 2022-2023. The Final Dividend will be paid after approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
