Infibeam Avenues Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.05

The Board of directors of Infibeam Avenues Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.05/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each (i.e. 5%) for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
