Indian Energy Exchange Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd have recommended final dividend of Re.1/-(Rupee One) per equity share having face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. As per Regulation 42, the Board has fixed Friday, July 28, 2023, as the Record Date for payment of the Final Dividend. The final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholder's approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
