Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.15

The board of directors of Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd has considered and recommended a final dividend @ 15% i.e., Rs. 0.15 per equity share of face value of Rs.1/- each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
