Rupa and Company Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Rupa and Company Ltd has recommended a dividend of 300% (Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 1 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Payment of dividend, shall be made within 30 days from the date of approval by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
