Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.80

The board of directors of Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd has considered and approved the payment of Interim dividend of Rs. 1.80/- per Equity Share, being 18% of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2023-24. The Record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members for the payment of Interim Dividend shall be Monday, 05th June, 2023. The payment of the said interim dividend shall be made within the stipulated time-limit.
