Sanghvi Movers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The board of directors of Sanghvi Movers Ltd has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 4/- (200%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each, subject to the approval by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
