Metro Brands Ltd declares final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of Metro Brands Ltd has approved the declaration of Final Dividend at Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share (subject to Deduction of TDS) on the face value of the Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23. The Dividend recommended by the Board is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.
