Bombay Oxygen Investments Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Bombay Oxygen Investments Ltd at its meeting held on 23rd May, 2023 has recommended for consideration of the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 4th July, 2023 for payment of dividend of Rs. 15/- (previous year Rs.20/-) per Equity Share. The dividend, if sanctioned, at the Annual General Meeting will be made payable to those members whose name stand in the register of members of the Company on 27th June, 2023.
