Indoco Remedies Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.25

Subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 76th Annual General Meeting, the board of directors of Indoco Remedies Ltd have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.25 per equity share on face value of Rs. 2/- for the financial year 2022-2023.
