Asian Hotels East Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Asian Hotels East Ltd has recommended dividend of 25% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- per fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to a declaration of the same by the Members at the ensuing 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and it will be credited/dispatched to the members on or before 30 days from the date of AGM.
